Cowboy`s Barbeque in Batesville

Call ahead to order is the best. I had their pork loaded stuffed potato yesterday, which is my favorite! It was ready when they told me it would be. I picked it up at their drive through window along with a sweet tea to go. Great dinner! Staff was very friendly!

In town for work training. Service was great and prices were good. I had the pork loaded baked potato and it was fantastic.

We've eaten take out from here a million times. And it's always been pretty darn good. But last nights (4/10/20) meal just wasn't up to par. Got a large Nacho's and large pulled pork sandwich. Neither was the usual "large" we've gotten in the past.Very little meat with both. Very little everything TBH. Don't get me wrong, we'll be back some day, maybe. Perhaps it had something to do with Corona and they are low on supply, so they skimped a little to make more sales.

If i could give 10 stars i would. Loaded pork potato is delicious.

Good smoked sausage and baked beans. Pork sandwich has enough meat to make into two sandwiches. To go family packs are a good deal.

I did have a not so pleasant experience here awhile back, but since I love bbq nachos so much I gave them another chance. It was almost closing time so I called in the order. I was highly satisfied with the amount of food for the money. It automatically come with 3 cups of bbq sauce, a good amount of meat and it was loaded with toppings. They will now be the only place in town I'll order bbq from. They're the best in town.

went here for the first time recently, and honestly. I'm ashamed I didn't know this place existed. The food is superb, the service is awesome, and the price is something no other place can beat.

Great experience. Waitress is good. Food is prompt. We have same thing every time we go---loaded baked potato. Don't care much for the plastic forks. But when I break one I get new one quickly. I eat the potato skin. I eat my wife's skin. So I use my pocket knife and cut the skin. This saves on forks. I drink water as about all old people do. I ask for "water no ice" but it is always ice cold and I dislike iced water even though no ice is in it. I just want water straight from the tap. So I still am asking for water no ice. I drink it and like it. But we love those loaded potatoes!!

The potato salad and beans were great... but the meat (chicken and brisket) was super dry :(

Been a family favorite for as long as I can remember. Food is always out very quick. Their sauce is the best! You can even buy some sauce to take home

I had the bbq baked potato with extra meat, my friend had their bbq pork plate with fries. He also ordered a chocolate peanut butter cupcake after they ran out of peanut butter pie. We both loved our dishes, and it cost us barely 20 bucks! Would definitely go back

The pork was good...We order a bake potato is was brown (must of been yesterdays) wasn't hot..

Our annual family reunion is in Cave City every October. I stop to buy brisket on my way in and have never been disappointed. Looking forward to another year.

Try the pork potatoes with extra everything. Fast and friendly service combined with great food will have me going back.

Anyone from the area can tell you how great this place is but you have to order a loaded potato to truly know greatness. Exceptional service, quality food with great portions, affordable prices for almost any budget!

This place is amazing! The meats are tender, juicy and smoked to deliciousness!! The sides are also amazing, as is the friendly service and country style decor of the entire restaurant.

I just now ordered the biggest jumbo size they had for a pork bbq sandwich and they gave me something slider size fit for a lil kid with a thimble of coleslaw. They've actually gotten EVEN cheaper and stingyer with their serving sizes! I won't be coming back.

Overall' This is a good place to eat.I really like the specials.They could speed up the refills on the beverages.The back dining area could be a little cleaner.

Very nice barbecue restaurant. Simple ambiance. Extremely informal, down to use of plastic ware. The food itself was quite good, including the brisket and ribs. The prices are extremely reasonable, with most combos including two sides costing under $10. A local co-worker recommended it, and she didn't steer us wrong. Try it. Y'all will like it.

Ordered pulled pork, pulled beef and sausage for family function. Order was ready for pick up on time. Consensus was it was a bit dry and we did not notice "smoky flavor". Not bad but not the best we've had. Staff was friendly and helpful!

Tough, dry brisket..unpleasant sauce ...frozen fries. Plus being brought the wrong sandwich the first time. Good BBQ can never be treated like cheap fast food which is what this meal was.
